Terms and Conditions

Proprietary System: All reservations are processed through our own in-house booking system integrated into our website.

Third Party Payments: Electronic payments are handled exclusively by secure third party providers: Stripe, PayPal, and Viva Wallet. Romanof Travel provides a secure payment link with the required amount, but the actual transaction occurs on the servers of these providers.

Data Privacy: We do not store sensitive financial or personal data such as credit card numbers or passport details. Romanof Travel has no access to your full payment credentials.

Prepayment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Partial payments are not accepted.

Final Price: The price confirmed during booking is final. No hidden fees will be added.

Inclusions: Fuel, toll roads, professional driver services, Wi-Fi (if available), vehicle maintenance, and bottled water.

Exclusions: Entrance fees to museums, archaeological sites, or any other paid attractions.

Adjustments: We reserve the right to change prices for future bookings due to operational costs (fuel price fluctuations or tax changes). Confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Partial Refund: A 50% charge applies for cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours before the trip.

Non-Refundable: Cancellations made under 12 hours or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.

Company Delay: A full refund is provided if the driver is over 30 minutes late (excluding cases of force majeure).

Airport Waiting Time: 40 minutes of free waiting are provided. This time is calculated strictly from the time specified in the booking, not from the actual flight arrival.

Other Locations: 15 minutes of free waiting are provided per booking.

Booking Advice: Clients are strongly advised to book their vehicle for 10 or 15 minutes after the estimated flight landing time. This buffer is necessary for passport control and luggage collection. Any delay in the terminal exceeding the 40-minute free window will reduce the remaining waiting time.

Romanof Travel is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, road closures, or extreme weather conditions.

Luggage: Clients are responsible for their belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage unless caused by proven gross negligence.

Insurance: Vehicles carry mandatory Greek passenger insurance. Personal travel insurance is highly recommended for additional protection.

Cleaning Fee: A fee of at least 100 EUR applies for deliberate or negligent soiling of the vehicle (including food, drinks, or excessive dirt).

Strict Prohibitions: Smoking is forbidden in all vehicles. Consumption of personal food or alcoholic beverages is not allowed.

Minors: Children and teenagers under 15 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Right to Refuse: Drivers may terminate service without a refund for intoxicated or aggressive behavior that poses a safety risk.

Legal Requirements: Greek legislation imposes strict safety requirements for the transportation of children. A child seat is not guaranteed unless it was specifically requested as an additional service during the booking process.

Right to Refuse (Safety): The driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund if the number of children without seats exceeds safety limits or violates Greek law.

Fines: Romanof Travel is not responsible for any fines imposed by the traffic police due to the client failure to request necessary safety equipment. All such fines will be the sole financial responsibility of the client.

Minimal Collection: We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the transfer service.

Client Rights: In accordance with privacy regulations, clients have the right to request a report on the information we hold about them. You may also demand the complete deletion of your data from our systems at any time by contacting us via email.
